The Science Behind the Pilot Phase of Artist's Launch Academy

I'm excited to share the research methodology behind what's quickly becoming recognized as the best art marketing course for beginners 2024. Our pilot program represents a systematic approach to transforming the process of making art into successful business.

Why am I starting with a Pilot Program?
(December 2024 - April 2025)

Right now, I'm working closely with eight amazing artists who are helping shape this academy into something truly special. Each week, we dive into a new module together, exploring everything from building a magnetic website to creating marketing that feels authentic to who you are as an artist.

But here's what makes this pilot phase different: Instead of just throwing marketing concepts at artists and hoping they stick, we're measuring real growth and gathering honest feedback every step of the way.

 

Each artist takes confidence assessments before and after each module, rating their comfort level with specific marketing skills on a scale of 1-5. This helps me understand exactly which concepts click immediately and which ones need more clarification or real-world examples.

After each module, we come together as a group to talk openly about what worked, what felt challenging, and what could be explained in a way that resonates more deeply with artists.

 

These conversations are incredibly valuable - they help ensure the academy speaks your language rather than getting lost in marketing jargon.

Why This Research Matters

I believe artists deserve better than generic marketing advice that doesn't understand their unique challenges and creative processes. That's why I'm being so methodical about gathering both quantitative data through surveys and qualitative insights through our group discussions. Every piece of feedback helps refine the academy's content and teaching approach.

Just like you wouldn't rush to show a piece before it's ready, I want to make sure this academy is truly polished and effective before its official launch. This research phase is about creating something that doesn't just teach marketing concepts, but actually transforms how artists feel about promoting their work.
